I don't know if this is an appropriate venue, but I totaled my Discovery before I had a chance to install my cup holders (part #STC53156). I purchased them from the dealership for $70 but am asking $50 obo.

If this is not the appropriate place to try to sell these, please let me know!

70s range rover

just purchased a 1976 Rangerover as my daily driver. I'm eager to start restoring it, but am having a real hard time finding parts for it, specifically the body.
I'd like to replace most of the steel parts, namely the rear corners (where the tail lights mount), the rear tailgate (upper and lower), and perhaps the doors.
I can't seem to find any parts suppliers that sell parts for such an old rover. I was wondering where I might find some. Additionally what other years' parts might work in place.
Less importantly, I hope to be restoring the inside, and anything else that needs fixing. Where 'bouts might I find a good supplier or two for a mid 70s rover?

oh yeah. I'm in Grenada, so shipping might be a bit tough. Suppliers that ship down here would be most helpfull.

How expensive are RR Country Classic parts & maintenance?

Hi! I'm considering buying a 1987 Classic Country Range Rover for $3000, and there are details that need to be addressed. In general, how much do things like the window not rolling down or the power seat switches not operating cost to repair?
Thanks for your knowledge....

Classic Range Rover County

Love ours...we have a 1992 RR County right now...our first one was a 1991 model...now we're hooked. Does anyone else here have a Classic RR?

We are looking forward to upgrading to the New Range Rover as soon as we can. :) Anyone here have one of those beauties?

By the way, does anyone know a good place locally for Range Rover Classic used parts? I want to keep a Classic Range Rover around even when we upgrade to a new one...and I hate paying dealer prices for OEM parts.

Also...I am interested in turning one into a hybrid in 2005...that is...adding electric motors & batteries and perhaps removing the V-8 and throwing in a well-engineered V-6 instead. Is anyone in here into building hybrid SUV's?
